Our client is an international company (medical devices) Responsibilities : Ensure on-time replenishment of the stock in local WH through accurate purchase orders placement and orders execution tracking. Monitor Distributors orders execution and support resolution of various issues by coordinating activities of all involved parties. Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholder for product availability. Execute reporting and provide explanations on stock level, backorders and supply situation of products required by market. Support Demand and Supply forecasting by collecting information from various sources (statistical data, distributors’ forecasts, sales&marketing teams). Ensure accurate and on-time data load into the corporate databases. Provide daily support to distributors for all the forecast and supply related questions. Closely work with Global Demand & Supply planning team to keep track on supply situation and timely communicate demand variances. Inventory and Service Level KPI reporting (SLOB, SMOG, DOH, UFR etc.) Maintain Material Master data in SAP and in the other databases. Execute ad-hoc reports, analysis, requests to support activities of the other departments. Requirements: Higher education such as Logistics, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Economics. Professional experience in purchasing or planning. Fluent written and spoken English (not less than Upper-Intermediate). Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated when working with various level individuals from different geographies and functional disciplines. Able to work independently and achieve goals with limited direction and oversight.
