We value talent, in-depth knowledge, critical thinking, openness and courtesy in communication and create an ideal environment for talent Responsibilities: Development of reliable and efficient trading platform gateways: Development of Rust-based solutions and low-level optimization techniques down to saving CPU cycles and preventing cache misses; reverse-engineering of external API interfaces of the exchange; coordinating business and technical requirements, integration and support issues with product, trading and DevOPS teams. Ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of developed solutions through automated (unit, integration, performance) and manual testing; Maintaining and improving services according to business needs and feedback; Keeping documentation up to date. Skills and Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in trading, experience with Rust; Strong adherence to principles of effective software engineering - SOLID, TDD; Understanding of computer systems and software architecture - Linux OS, networks, data structures and algorithms, parallel programming, distributed computing, performance optimization; Extensive experience with Rust, or familiarity with Rust and experience with strong-typed language like C++ / C# /Go; Knowledge of communication protocols - TCP, UDP, HTTP/REST, WebSocket; Proven hands-on experience developing exchange gateways; Solid commitment to efficient software development - SOLID, TDD; Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience.
