Technical Development Manager (Peering Platform)

Eurasia Peering, the part of IXcellerate Group, is an independent Internet exchange platform set to advance connectivity in Eurasia. Our members have access to a wide range of peering options to seamlessly exchange and optimize traffic bringing latency, jitter and packet loss to a minimum. We are currently looking for telecom professionals for further devevelopment of our services. Responsibilities Oversee the development, delivery, and transformation of our services. Manage and develop peering relationships to meet business goals. Develop technical part of peerong platform working closely with technical staff both internal and external. Monitor peering capacity utilizations and proactively resolve potential problems. Qualifications Higher technical education. Proven experience in telecom industry (fix or mobile). Ability to lead the development of resilient, high-performing peering platform. Track record of effectively aligning engineering practices with organizational strategy to deliver business results. Knoweledge of appropriate legislation.
