Обязанности: 1) Lead full POSM/Souveniers process: menu creation/requirements gathering/tenders/production/storage/logistics to customers 2) Lead Brand in-store visibility concept and knowledge, tracking reports for local and regional team 3) Lead Brand in-store visibility targeting and control for field force 4) Delivers analytics and proposes projects/optimizations within assigned scope 5) Lead in-store visibility improvement projects: from analysis to execution 5) Lead budget for assigned area, ensure tracking and control 6) Lead vendors management from search to crisis management Требования: 1) Fluent English 2) Strong analytics skills, Excel, Power Point 3) Strong leadership skills, no “just executor” mode 3) Excellent communication / soft skills 4) Result orientation, Problem solving 5) Ability to work under short deadlines and long hours (rarely) EXPERIENCE: from 3 years on similar position, preferably in big foreign companies (FMCG companies who works with checkout area
