Organizational Context: reports directly to Marketing Team Lead Key Accountabilities: Development & implementation of marketing strategy; Brand P&L management, brand budget management; Price analysis and pricing strategy development; Market analytics activities & products/competitors performance analysis; Planning and execution of customer oriented activities (HCP campaigns, promo activations in PhChs & E-com, etc.), campaigns performance analysis; Preparation of materials for HCP oriented campaigns (OMNI-channel campaign materials, E-com materials, etc); Participation in Ad-hoc marketing researches execution (BHT, Ipsos, price elasticity research, etc.); KOL-management Sales forecasting (monthly, annual & long-term planning); Weekly tracking of supply plans and evaluation of OOS risks; Long-term development plan for the category portfolio, business cases preparation; Requirements: Education & work experience: Higher education (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biologic, Chemistry) Additional education in marketing and/or management would be an advantage At least 3 years’ experience as product manager in RX pharmaceutical business English level: upper intermediate or higher Personal qualities: Responsible for own actions and decisions Result and customer oriented Team player Proactive person with high level of visibility Strategic thinker High level of communication skills Developed presentation skills
