Responsibilities Generate hypothesis, conduct researches and A/B test, present your findings and be ready to explain why it matters; Create, measure, and analyze various Cards related KPIs to inform decisions and support recommendations across the company; Prepare automated reports for metrics monitoring; Think how to track and describe interactions between customer and product, create all needed events structure and be responsible for events consistency. Requirements Work experience in banking/fintech as data/product analyst for 2+ years; Advanced knowledge in SQL; You thrive in ambiguous environments. Ask incisive questions and have an intellectual curiosity; You have a structured approach to problem solving alongside strong quantitative skills; You can analyze issues, identify root-causes and recommend solutions; Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively lead interactions with both business and technical teams; Experience with data visualization technologies such as Tableau; At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency; A real excitement for what we’re doing here at Tabby.
