Now we are looking for a hungry, challenge-seeker BizDev manager to join our worldwide dream team for one of our apps in the Music Industry! This app provides analytics for Spotify users. It has 76 millions songs in database. The manager will initiate and develop relationships with partners, music labels, Spotify itself, and make strategic collaborations. Tasks: Deep research of relevant potential partners. Managing and operating the pipeline of new and existing partners. Meeting with partners (Pre and post collaborations). Building strategic bizdev plans for a music-related company with 8 Million users. Communicate plans and results to the company management. Requirements: A rich understanding and experience in the music industry in US and Europe. Eagerness to optimize. Inability to accept things as they are. Willingness to take extreme ownership of a super strategic area of responsibility. Skills: Analysis and research. Organized and systematic. High communication skills, especially in a remote environment. C2 / Native English. Lines of communication: Directly report to the COO. Tightly working with the App Manager. Working with the VP of Systems & Innovations to learn the existing and create new systems. Working with the Operation Manager, who helps coordinate various team members involved in the projects.
