компания "pepsico" accountabilities: to develop innovative projects for fermented modern dairy products platforms in accordance with pepsicochr(39)s annual plan, personal operational plans and project timings and the companychr(39)s long-term strategic objectives in russia; lead the development of productivity, business continuities, technical brand stewardship projects for fermented modern dairy products platforms in accordance with pepsicochr(39)s annual plan; when developing, use various methodologies and tools that allow you to produce products in accordance with a specific design, as well as surpassing competitors in all product parameters - consumer tests, organoleptic tests, analytical tests; manage dairy by-products handling, quality and application; develop, approve and updаtеtechnical documentation (formulations, specifications for products and raw materials, technical regulations), develop technical information for packaging labels, conduct technological tests in production and in the pilot hall; leading medium and low complexity productivity projects including value engineering and technical processes efficiency improvement; enabling idea scoping and ideation sessions for productivity pipeline; being responsible for results tracking of productivity projects launched; provide regular updаtеto key stakeholders on technical team progress; participate in cross-functional meetings when discussing project statuses and platform strategies of fermented modern products. requirements: higher degree in foods / chemistry / microbiology / engineering. dairy technology expertise and experience more than 3 years incl. leading mid-complexity projects; creativity and desire/ability to create a product, sense of taste and organoleptic skills, basic knowledge of hygiene and food technology; knowledge of haccp principles, technical legislation, tr cu requirements; advanced project management skills; ability to work in a cross-functional team, use a flexible and agile approach; ability to learn quickly; english - upper-intermediate; advanced presentation skills (written & verbal); sociability. conditions: permanent vacancy opened at pepsico holdings; work schedule 5/2; stable salary; insurance packages; the ability to study foreign languages; corporate training, opportunities for professional and career growth.
