Marketing communications manager

The role To achieve our ambitious growth and long-term vision, we are looking to reinforce our Marketing team with experienced Marketing Communications Manager. She or he will develop and execute marketing communication strategy for assigned brands accordingly to product launches & promo plans The position reports to Marketing Manager Russia. Main responsibilities Ideate, prepare and execute marketing campaigns Create marketing assets - catalogues, leaflets, banners, key visuals, SoMe creatives, video etc. Develop and activate SMM and Digital Ad Administrate and optimize website content; handle SEO to maximize search result Initiate and direct photo and video shooting Support E-com channel Activate events (exhibitions, innodays, workshops, product launches) Monitor and follow up on Ratings & Reviews from consumers Create timelines and manage activities calendar Coordinate production process (agency briefing, review, control & optimization) Evaluate efficiency of the campaigns and report on digital KPI achievement (SMM, Web, SEO, Media campaigns) Budget expenses for assigned projects (incl. approval & maintenance in corporate system); documents flow control Collaborate with sales team, communicate with customers and distributors, absorb industry trends to collect insights for the campaigns and activations Required Skills & Experience: University Degree in Marketing/Communications/Advertising or closely related field 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within category of food/drinks.
