Senior Media Planner

I’m looking for a Senior Media Planner for working with various project documentation.Our marketing agency needs a specialist with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an advertising/media/marketing/ agency and knowledge of English to work with global brands. Who are we? RMAA is a cross-border marketing agency dedicated to connecting brands with Russian-speaking audience. We help navigate cultural, linguistic & media landscape barriers to deliver your story to the Russophone audience.RMAA clients — who are they? Marketers, top managers of international private and public companies, are usually located outside of Russia. Our mission is to provide access and build a bridge to the Russian-speaking audience for business around the world.So, we are looking for a specialist with media planning experience, deep analytical approach to work, and math skills.Responsibility:— Creation of new proposals for clients;— Participate in the development and defense of integrated project strategies, prepare presentations;— Calculating the profitability of projects and media plans with an optimal split for the client across all types of advertising (360);— Negotiate with contractors;— Supervising the clients advertising campaign;— Maintaining campaign reports including spreadsheets, estimates etc.;— Market analysis, working with data from a range of sources and requests for industry statistics.We are looking for you if:— You have expert media planning experience with major budgets;— You know well the specifics a variety advertising systems (Yandex.Direct, Direct, Adwords, myTarget, VK, FB, DBM, etc.);— You understand marketing metrics (CPA, CPI, CPO, CPC, CPV, etc.);— You have a systematic approach to the tasks and focus on the automation of processes;— You are proficient in Office, Google tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);— You are a responsible and attentive person with a structural thinking to work at a high speed.We are offering to you:— Become a significant part of our team and take active joint participation in the further development of the company;— Fixed income and the opportunity for career development;— Salary based on interview results;— Remote work with a 5/2 schedule.P.S.
