REQUIREMENTS: Higher education (technical, legal, ecological); Minimum 5 years in international production projects; Minimum 3 years of job experience in mining or other heavy industry; Skills and of communication and meaningful cooperation with colleagues; An organized and responsible person; Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point), Legal Programs – Consultant Plus, Garant etc.) English: Upper - Intermediate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organization of activities for registration of permits and approval of projects for the company. Obtaining approvals and registration of permits for new projects. Coordination with structural divisions of the company. Preparation and submission of reports to state authorities. Participation in scheduled and extraordinary inspections of compliance monitoring agencies. Interaction with state (federal, local) authorities on the issues of registration of permits and approval of projects, as well as the development of regulatory documents and standards. Appeal to Federal state authorities, urban local governmental bodies, compliance monitoring agencies (in the field of construction, environmental and sanitary control, labor protection, etc.), licensing and registration authorities. Preparation of documentation and provision of timely licensing and certification.
