Contract Specialist / Специалист по сопровождению контрактов

International company is looking for a strong candidate for the position of Contract Specialist. Responsibilities Evaluation and circulation of commercial contracts, official letters and other related documentation externally and internally; Control of documents, information and internal and external approvals mandatory for commercial contracts preparation (including specification check); Direct contract communication with customers, dealing with customer objections taking into consideration internal standards; participation in negotiations with customers; track and make necessary changes in the contracts based on customer and internal approvals; Technical review of price lists, creation of newsletters, uploading to SharePoint; Advising representatives of the business units on the terms of the contract and the rules for issuing price lists; Creating requests for the new account, changing / blocking an account in the system for the new and current clients; Contract related meetings: meeting schedule, agenda, meeting minutes; Manage ad-hoc analytical contract related requests; Archiving (in paper and in the e-database); Maintain contract e-database and contract status tracker records completed and up to date; Provide guidance and training on contracting process and contract status to all internal stakeholders; Take part in change management and process development. Requirements: Higher education (Legal/Humanitarian/Economic); Basic knowledge of commercial terms, finance, logistics, legislation (preferably pharmaceutical or medical device segment); Good negotiation, communication skills, team player, ability to work with multinational team; Experience: more than 2 years in business support or similar role in multinational company; Advanced PC user: Word, Excel, Outlook; Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written); Attentive to the details; Ready to work non-normal hours when necessary; Willingness to learn, result-oriented, proactive; Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations. Demonstrate maturity and commitment. Conditions: Decent salary level; Work in an international stable company in the field of medical technology; Work in a hybrid format, the office is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Tsvetnoy Boulevard metro station; A fixed-term contract for 6 months with a possible further extension.
