компания "brunel atyrau llp" international logistics and shipping company looking for : operations manager/logistics manager reporting to director location: atyrau, 5/2 candidates from other cities of kazakhstan who can relocate to atyrau are also considered. main job responsibilities: demonstrate a personal commitment to hse following kazakhstani and hse rules, standards and policies at all times. manage shipment of goods and ensure cargo movements are conducted effectively and efficiently without compromising hse issues. set quotas and work out on client’s requests. coordinate and organize the following work: -preparing documents for import/export customs clearance, checking customs documents; -updating reports; -preparing instructions to the international transport documentation – cmr, carnet tir, airway bill; -complete dangerous goods declarations (if required certificate is available); -receive and dispatch the cargo, preparing the necessary transport documentation. manages gff staff for the proper and correct formation of shipment files, including goods tracking and cost estimate information: opening work files, working in citrix, blu databases, preparing customer invoices in blu, obtaining approvals for contractor invoices, other. provides all required reports to management in a timely manner. coordinates work with the sales department. based on statistical data, maintains the pricing policy of the company. manages contractors for the transportation of goods on a competitive basis, participates in the administration of their contracts • plans, carries out general coordination and distribution of work between contractors and between staff. keeps accounting various transport costs. if necessary, organizes commercial meetings with clients. maintains complete confidentiality in all areas of work. required knowledges: company internal policies and procedures with particular regard to hse, personnel, freight forwarding and other. rok policies, laws, regulations regard to freight forwarding. reporting procedures. documents custody and data protection rules. required competencies: graduate degree. fiata/iata industry background (logistics) 10 years or more. experience in similar position 5 years minimum. experience of working in multi-national companies. knowledge of transport by all available modes (road, sea, rail, air). english skills – upper intermediate. pc literacy advanced level - ms outlook, excel, word, blu. strong supervisory, communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
