компания "airswift" swift technical (ex. airswift) is an international consulting company that provides comprehensive hr services for the largest international and national enterprises in the oil and gas industry and related industries (production, energy, chemistry, petrochemicals, automotive, engineering, etc.). currently we are looking for chief accountant to join one of our clients – one of the biggest epc-compaies dealing with insutrial and civil projects. responsibilities: making all kinds of monetary transactions; making annual, quarterly, monthly financial reports to summarize the fiscal status of the company; evaluating the accounting counterparts such as banks, consulting firms, etc. and finding the best options to work with; reconciling the data regarding the sales revenue, costs, expenses, etc. between 1c and internal accounting platform; analyzing the financial condition of the company and assessing potential risks and opportunities for its economic activities; determining the financial goals of the company and their compliance with its current financial condition, finding long and short term ways to achieve these goals; suggesting ways to operate the companychr(39)s capital in the most efficient way and to reduce expenses; substantiating decisions regarding economic and budgeting matters during internal control, state (municipal) financial control, internal and external audits, tax and other audits, etc.; fulfilling tax reporting obligations (cit, vat, etc.) duly and looking for alternative ways to save tax expenses; developing and setting up the inner accounting standards complying with both russian accounting legislation and ifrs; making an ‘accounting manual’, including accounting standards and policy; instructing the accountants in sites (moscow, st.petersburg, kingisepp). requirements: higher education in accounting and/or finance; work experience as a chief accountant for at least 10 years; knowledge of both russian and international accounting standards; knowledge of 1c, ms office, ability to prepare accounting and tax reports; work experience in a branch of a foreign company is preferable; english at upper-intermediate / advanced level. conditions: work in moscow office competitive salary level termless employment contract medical insurance meal allowance sports reimbursement
