компания "finstar financial group" relocation to mexico/dominican republic/colombia is optional. responsibilities: product strategy management (consumer loans), delivering and reviewing it at the level of regional hub latin america (4 countries). credit product portfolio management: single payment loan, installment, line of credit. ancillary sales management: insurance, legal services, etc.; reach of the targeted share of ancillary products revenue in overall revenue of the companies. analysis and action plan (development and fulfillment) of increase of each product’s ue and customer segments’ ltv. product development and launch together with the countries’ teams. reporting development and implementation to see the efficiency of each product in every country. control of product kpis in each country and every product. market and competitors analysis in terms of the product in each and every country. cooperation with marketing, risks, it, finance and legal departments both in hq and countries. interesting benchmarks analysis and knowledge sharing within the holding. requirements: - experience in credit product at retail banking, mfi is an advantage. - experience of ancillary products management. - high level understanding of the other functions such as risks, marketing, it. - a fluent level of english (oral and written), spanish is an advantage. - good analytical skills, thinking out of the box, flexibility. - capability to track and solve several tasks meantime. - eager to learn new, open-minded, advanced communication skills with very good soft skills.
