компания "finstar financial group" responsibilities: the regional manager, latam is responsible for managing operations in the latin america region, developing its business, increasing its profitability, developing the team and implementing key initiatives within the entire region. relocation to mexico (or dominican republic) is preferable. assumes full responsibility for the entirety of the company’s performance in the three countries currently active in the latin america region, especially pertaining to the growth, profitability and quality of operations within those markets and planned new markets; in conjunction with the cco sets the overall vision and goals for the latin america region; oversees all business lines and all initiatives relating to the successful delivery of services and the achievement of business results; executes and manages regional strategy and its tactical business plan, accounting for the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite; assists hq business units by acting as the leader for roadmap activities, turning strategic plans into programs, identifying project frameworks, defining resource needs and navigating demand/resourcing processes; evaluates and decides on the action plans and budgets of the subsidiaries under his responsibility, submits them for approval and monitors their execution; demonstrates superior judgment to mitigate risk, and fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and trends are anticipated and identified; coordinates the company’s activities with other group companies and third parties; assures that all internal processes and procedures are adhered to; ensures compliance with all relevant regulations. ​​​requirements: university degree in economics or business administration; mba degree would be a plus. at least 5 - 8 years of successful management relevant experience preferably in retail banking, lending, consumer finance or digital finance. itchr(39)s a must requirement. strong in understanding of consumer lending. fluent english is a must, spanish is a big plus. a self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed. commercially focused, results driven, with a strong track record of leading and developing a business. excellent understanding of financial reports and statements. proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage, lead and measure productivity of teams.
