компания "acsour" the leading global provider of in vitro diagnostics is looking for account manager ural region. the role preferably based in ekaterinburg. responsibilities: develop and implements account strategies / sales processes in accordance with goals and objectives. qualifying and managing prior identified opportunities in ih and cl and build and manage effective customer relationships in order to close new business. hold self-accountable for delivering business results in line with annual sales plan for the area. collaboration in order to efficiently move opportunities forward in the sales process. onsite assessments and creating solution presentations. ensures proper documentation of all sales activities/quotations via sales force.com. 70 % acquiring new customers, extension of market shares20 % cooperation with laboratories / technical solution / sales admin / tender support10 % administration, facilitation and delivering business results the individual: university degree english language - upper-intermediate level is mandatory track record of sales / product support of min. 3 years in comparable surrounding / business management in diagnostics. strong business acumen and awareness of regulatory affairs and health care compliance. excellent understanding of using sfdc-system as well as ms office, in particular excel, powerpoint. sales driven with entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to build up and develop new business opportunities. demonstrated communication skills, incl. presentation and negotiation. convincing personality, especially when dealing with demanding customers. high degree of initiative and self-motivation and personal resilience. ability for independently trouble shooting. readiness to work under pressure. employment terms and conditions: business travelling up to 80%. salary commensurate to experience (negotiable); employment agreement under the labor code of the russian federation. please provide your cv only in english.
