компания "lanck telecom" lanck telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and sms services. and also we create unique niche products for our clients. lanck telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work. if you want to develop in telecommunications,you are a senior student and have not yet decided what you want to do next,you have attentiveness, a desire to learn, develop and maintain the level of english,we will be happy to meet you for an interview for the position of technical support specialist in our company! we are now seeking for technical support specialist in tbilisi. responsibilities: monitoring the companychr(39)s existing ip telephone network (working with reports and schedules); processing of requests to verify the quality of communication in different areas (countries) by making test calls (not call center); working with related departments: processing internal requests. statistics monitoring; work with clients: processing requests of operators ( via email (90% of the time) or phone (10% of the time)), checking of complaints, solving problems have been found during checking. requirements: citizenship georgia; english (upper-intermediate); russian (fluency); pc user; analytical skills, responsibility, attentiveness and optimism; ability to work 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts) after the internship. conditions: the prospect of growth in a stable and successful international company; education - we will teach you everything you need to have fun at work! probationary period (period of training before an independent exit at the shifts) - 3-4 months, schedule 5 / 2 (approximately from 10:00 to 19:00); schedule after the internship - flexible / shift 12 hours (night from 21.00 - 9.00, day shift from 9.00 - 21.00); a young professional team, decent pay; medical insurance; corporate activities, free sports activities (soccer, volleyball); the format of the workplace is agreed upon individually (in the office or remotely)!
