Central Asia Region Manager (technical, quality and risks)

компания "бюро веритас казахстан индастриал сервисез" responsibilities: protect the technical integrity and operability of bureau veritas; ensure the functioning and improvement of quality and risk management systems; develop the tqr organization in the or and implement processes for staff qualification, supervision, monitoring and management of service delivery; in collaboration with the legal, risk and compliance departments, ensure compliance with liaison committee processes at all locations and levels of the organization; oversee and strengthen the lto management process (lto - licenses, accreditations, permits, etc.); plan and initiate internal and external audits in collaboration with qhsse leadership; determine risk management approach and verify coverage of all processes, locations and levels; communicate with customer on complaints, grievances and other satisfaction issues. take corrective action to ensure bureau veritas is acting in accordance with tqr policies. requirements: at least 10 years of experience in a similar position ability to speak english at least at the upper-intermediate leve higher technical education conditions: work schedule 5/2 formal employment medical insurance transportation
