We are Xmethod - strong results-oriented IT product development team from Germany. We use modern No-code/Low-code technologies and platforms to develop websites, mobile and web applications, E-commerce, marketplaces, start-up MVPs. During our work, we have developed our own "X-method" for launching IT products, which includes expertise in No-code development, product management, best project management practices and a bit of magic. More than 80% of Xmethod clients are SMBs and startups in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market. We have extensive experience working with projects in the fields of agroTech/foodTech and Health&beauty. We are expanding our business development & sales team now. Requirements: English, verbal and written, С1-C2 German language is beneficial Successful work experience as an IT sales manager / business development manager in a company offering software development services to foreign clients B2B, outsourcing/outstaffing selling experience Experience selling services on Linkedin (preferably), Upwork, job boards and other Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt An ambitious and proactive mindset Experience of selling Nocode development services is a bonus Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of sales on the LinkedIn (expand the network, identify needs, negotiate) Setup meetings with potential clients, follow-up calls and all activities related to business development & sales Customer search, CRM management, establish client’s objectives, negotiate contracts and close deals Market expertise: Europe, US Optional responsibilities: Development of new sales channels website Testing new hypotheses and improving the sales process Existing clients management - feedback, up-sales etc Depending on your previous experience, desire and management skills: hiring and training other managers, sales department management We offer: Salary consists of a fixed part + % of new sales + bonuses Great learning and professional growth opportunities in the European market Opportunity to develop and implement your ideas: tell us what you’d like to do and do it Flexible working hours from anywhere in the world Relocation to Germany or other EU country (optional, when entering core-team)
