What is required to start working with us? · Significant product management experience (5+), ideally in a fast-growing software company with a cloud-native architecture · 5+ years of experience leading and launching features/products that meet the needs of customers and the business · Ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire cross-functional teams and senior leaders · Ability to prioritize opportunities, balance customerschr(39) needs with business needs, and clearly communicate the rationale behind decisions · Experience defining and tracking towards key business and usage success metrics · Experience in UX/UI research and design thinking · Good technical understanding and ability to collaborate with senior engineers and architects on strategy and tactics · Proven track record of successful implementation of product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) Itchr(39)s great but not required if you have: · Computer Science or technical degree and/or a few years’ experience in an engineering role in the past · Experience building products for software testing, software engineering, DevOps, and/or IT operations market · Experience building software platforms · Fluent Russian speaker
