компания "шнайдер груп" schneider group is searching for a recruiter in our talent & development team. schneider group is a german consulting company. we are developing our business in the kazakhstani market since 2007, having 15 offices in 12 countries cis, eastern and western europe. our mission is to build business relationships between east and west and support our clients in all stages of business. the team of 100+ consultants provides high-end services to our clients in kazakhstan on a daily basis in the following areas: accounting, tax, market entry, legal, hr, and it. in our team, you will be engaged in the daily process of hiring and adaptation of the best talents for our internal departments and for our clients. you will have the opportunity to communicate with the current/potentially best experts in the market, exploring and implementing hr practices. your tasks: work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role (including external positions), and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement recruitment strategies remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements. in respect of the candidate profile: requirements: we expect at least 0.8-1 year of relevant professional experience in recruiting with the experience of closing 4+ vacancies simultaneously; exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills; proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person); at least pre-intermediate english skills. conditions: employment according to the labor code of the republic of kazakhstan; working in an international company with international projects; flexible working hours (your working day will start from 8-10 am); hybrid work regime (3 days from the office/2 days from home); opportunity for professional growth every year; voluntary medical insurance; language courses compensation.
