Webmaster Manager/ Middle Affiliate Manager (Finance)

компания "click2мoney" click2money is an affiliate cpa financial network. we have: an sms, viber, and whatsapp mailing service, 550 connected offers with the best conditions on the market; a self-developed multi-currency platform; application rental service; and many user-friendly tools to work with facebook ads. we are looking for an international webmaster manager in finance to join our friendly team. responsibilities: search and recruit webmasters in the financial area; participate actively in specific social network chats; process and manage the information of webmasters registered in the system; support and resolve issues related to offering connections and integrations; primary document flow: sending contracts, invoices, closing transaction documents; track and analyze conversion rates and traffic quality; maintain weekly and monthly reports on webmasters’ work; participate in special projects, attend conferences related to cpa. requirements: at least 6 month of experience as a webmaster manager in the financial area; knowledge of key internet marketing metrics (cpa, cpc, roi, etc.); hard skills (postback url, domains, working with pixels); english (not lower than upper-intermediate); knowledge of portuguese is desirable; ability to multitask; good communication skills, independence, initiative; willingness to liaise with partners 24/7 in case of emergencies; teamwork skills. сonditions: hybrid work model at the loft space (metro station rizhskaya/ krasnoselskaya/ sokolniki) (remote work); pay transparency: salary + kpi (discussed individually); work schedule 5/2, flexible start of the day (no later than 11am); fruits and chocolates in the office; voluntary medical insurance policy (after the probation); friendly, young team of digital marketing professionals; interesting and challenging tasks.
