компания "viatris" key job responsibilities: daily salesforce.com crm administration: system/data alterations. import/export data experience is required. updates & developments of workflows and processes. maintenance of access rights and security settings ​ target frequency/business plan/mccp calculation and upload segmentation & targeting projects​ tra projects rte/clm uploads main poc for global teams in the projects related to crm tool: system enhancements proposals & implementations, including uat conduction data quality, synchronizations between sfdc systems support. global matrix internal support team main poc for local teams (sales & marketing) in the projects related to crm tool: ongoing technical know-how support to all cfc on their day-to-day crm related questions ​ partner with business to determine needs, ability to deep dive into business need and propose solutions crm system training conduction and regular updаtеof training materials reporting: crm customer data extractions & validations sfa kpi reporting power query experience is required support of internal power bi dashboards development (sfdc data structure knowledge is required) omni-channel management: in collaboration with omni-channel digital manager, set up omnichannel approach within viatris & orchestrates offline and online channels consent management, including internal policies, external audits, and tool management aggregation and reporting of 360 hcp level interaction data enablement of strategic and innovative digital omnichannel programs data stewardship: ensure data managed effectively and in a timely/daily manner including verification and validation processes. expertise: education: technical/mathematician education experience: at least 2 years of experience in analytics field, crm and digital development within international company fluency in english, russian excellent project management skills excellent computer skills, analytical skills (ms office, power query) salesforce.com administration skills ability to work in multicultural environment power bi expertise and sql knowledge (optional) onekey db structure knowledge and experience of working with iqvia (optional)
