компания "филиал компании servtech limited (сервтек лимитед) в атырауской области" scope of work: liaising with operations managers/supervisors to develop and implement site and project specific hseq plans. liaising regularly with hseq manager on hseq matters and submit monthly hseq report, providing updates on performance; initiatives; safety training and other information to the central hseq coordinator for the region. contribute to the “new start” and “visitor” induction process - delivery of hse elements. supporting operations management - regular site visits to all operational locations for the purpose of carrying out hseq audits and inspections. participating in improvement programs and implementing change. assisting operations teams in conducting risk/manual handling assessments. developing sound working relationships and cooperate with clients and others such as legislators; registration body’s during audits, verifications and assessments. participating in accident/incident investigation as a root cause analysis specialist lead by example and communicate to all of their personnel that safe work and safe operations is an absolute requirement and not just an option. intervening whenever they see a violation and holding a one to one discussion. taking part in workplace safety reviews and observation programs on a regular basis and reporting findings to the hseq department. ensuring that hseq risks in their business area are assessed, documented and that the control measures are communicated effectively to the workforce to prevent accidents and pollution. ensuring that any incidents in their business area are reported immediately and thoroughly investigated. seeking the advice and guidance of the hseq director to address any potential or actual issues. ensuring that any spills are dealt with by prompt emergency response to prevent pollution from reaching ground water and are reported promptly to the hseq department. verifying that their team members follow current policies and procedures for hse&q. identifying and reporting non–compliance with policies and procedures and assisting in resolving the issues in a timely manner. participating in improvement programs and implementing change. attending industry/client arranged meetings and seminars in relation to aspects of hseq. requirements: higher education; work experience at least 5 years in similar positions conditions: work shift: 28/28 location: tengiz duration: maternity cover
