компания "joom" onfy is a pharmaceutical marketplace in germany that was founded in 2021. our mission is to reinvent traditional ways of keeping healthy, making it easier, more convenient, and more affordable. today, this is the only platform in germany that allows consumers to order and to receive pharmacy products from several pharmacies at once for the best price and within the shortest time. onfy is one of the key businesses of joom, an international group of ecommerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in latvia. joom also includes four other businesses: joom marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in europe; joom logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border ecommerce; joompro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. joom has offices in latvia, china, hong-kong, the usa, germany, luxembourg and russia. responsibilities management, budget allocation, execution, optimisation and reporting for our google ads and tik tok accounts creating efficient, data-driven campaigns, developing audience-relevant digital campaigns using audience insights and an online editorial team and optimising user journeys on our websites and apps monitoring the performance of and continuously optimising campaigns based on a data-driven approach and insights from multiple a/b tests participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development continuously monitoring and analysing relevant kpis and regularly draw meaningful conclusions to identify potential opportunities for improvement of the user journey as well as long-term strategy requirements minimum 3 years of experience in data-driven performance marketing in-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with a special focus on google and meta ecosystems and affiliate networks with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns a very good understanding of digital data analytics and experience using google analytics or similar analytics tools understanding of the digital user journey, coupled with a proven customer/consumer focus (b2c) strong communication skills and fluent english (both written and verbal) we are offering flexible working hours, hybrid model, and 28 days of paid annual leave relocation to berlin/lisbon joom company stock options package extended health insurance, including dental care coverage personal development: professional events, workshops, english classes, corporate library free breakfasts and lunches in the office annual team retreats: we cherish opportunities to meet in person for company get-togethers
