We are looking for an experienced Business Assistant who will strengthen our Marketing Team. What you will do: provide administrative support to marketing team by scheduling meetings, collecting cross-functional presentations for DEMOs and other internal events; manage marketing budgets and expense reports and track payments for bills; schedule and assign administrative projects and expedite work results; support Chief Marketing Officerchr(39)s calendar and manage meetings schedule. Requirements: good planning skills; excellent Excel knowledge and presentation skills; experience in departmental budgeting; high level of self-organization; excellent communication skills; proactivity; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; at least Advanced level of English.
