Our partner - multinational fintech company, operating in the Forex and Crypto markets for the last 10 years is planning to enlarge Limassol based team with an experienced full time UX/product designer who is keen to meet the challenges posed by the constantly changing global environment. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant UX/product design experience in an international environment (Experience with brokerage/investment platforms - at least as a user. Good understanding of financial markets - knowledgeable about accounts, depositing, withdrawals, chargebacks, cryptos, orders and how they are executed etc.) UX/product design success stories (strong portfolio demonstrating that ease of use made significant difference in B2C area); Familiarity with UX/wireframing/prototyping and visual design software; Experience with product analytics (both qualitative and quantitative methods) and general proficiency with numbers Ability to present research results and your ideas about how to improve customer journey experience to key stakeholders with proper justification for the solution; Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills; Proactive learner and team player; Fluent Russian and English (any other languages will be considered a plus). Within this role you will: Provide meaningful research revealing key users’ needs; Develop sound user-experience strategies; Create and validate design concepts, interactive prototypes, mockups and wireframes to simplify clients’ journeys; Design clear/understandable UX and UI specs to communicate requirements to web programmers, UI designers and other key stakeholders Present/sell design solutions to colleagues Create and support the design system that would allow us to speed up the development of both internal and customer-facing systems. Promote customer-centric approach and collaborate with the whole company to keep our customers first With high probability your first project will be related with redesigning of back office app as it will help to learn more about the business and to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
