Warehouse Supervisor

DESCRIPTION: ALNG2 Project consists on a fixed nearshore LNG plant with 3 process Trains located in Tazovsky District of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region (YNAR), Russia. Main Construction strategy for each LNG Train includes topside modules to be fabricated in Local yard and international module yards and integrated on a GBS. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct the work activities of hourly skilled Warehouse Operations employees Facilitate the hourly workforce by setting clear expectations on production output, and quality workmanship Be responsible for daily workforce job allocations and shift support coordination Perform administrative duties in a timely manner including time and attendance, workforce training requirements, safety meetings, self-audits, Injury and Illness reporting, and overtime management Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work climate with all employees Drive a culture of safety and quality Communicate to employees all business goals and objectives Be responsible for the implementation and participation of all management initiatives Prior experience in a supervisory role Ability to interact with all levels of the workforce Ability to motivate and drive productivity among the work force using sound human relation skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Experience Requirement: Experience from 5-7 years in Similar Position. Experienced user of MS Office Package ERP Software user English - from Upper-Intermediate CONDITIONS: Working for one of the largest Oil&Gas construction projects of federal importance; 56\21 rotation - Belokamenka (Murmansk region), 6 days working week, 10 hours working day (2 hours lunch break); Room and workplace in a Construction site camp; 100% official salary, compensation of travel expenses, official employment, fixed term extendable labor contract; Private medical insurance, provision of PPE & PC; Highly professional international team.
