Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule special projects and communications initiatives for Gen Z audience Analyze campaign performance and manage the set up and tracking of KPIs Manage participations in events, sponsorships, and other online & offline special projects activities for Gen Z Identify opportunities to gain better results in communication with Gen Z customers Follow Gen Z trends and share with FGL colleagues Perform other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: 3+ years of marketing experience Fluent English Project management skills (idea elaboration, budget estimation, project approval, implementation and calculation of the results)* Experienced at ATL, BTL Experienced at e-Commerce and Social Commerce Creative/Advertising agencies 2+ years of working experience Great presentation skills Deep understanding of current trends of Gen Z
