Responsibilities Creation and implementation of marketing and PR strategy for the hotels Managing all social media accounts to create relevant and engaging content to increase number of followers Collaborate with bloggers/influencers to support the image of the properties Optimize marketing budget for promotional activities Ensure participation at hospitality/F&B awards Update all the channels with actual information about the hotels, including OTAs Work closely with operational departments to create attractive promotional activities to drive sales Ensure all branded sources are updated with actual information about the hotels Create and analyze monthly reports on marketing activities Keep all printed materials up-to-date both inside and out of the hotels Create post-release, promotional articles Requirements University degree preferably in marketing At least 1 year of marketing experience Advanced level of English language (both oral and written) Strong organization skills Out-of-box thinking Being flexible, positive and result-oriented Multi-tasking is a must What we offer instead: great team and unique experience; competitive salary; trainings and workshops in the related area according to areas of development; the opportunity to develop in a rapidly growing international company – Accor.
