Job responsibilities: Monthly analyzes expenses related to transportation of the Companychr(39)s products Controls and records payment of counterpartieschr(39) services, checks accounting documents (invoices, acts of work performed, reconciliation acts, etc.). Builds effective and constructive relationships with LC. Monitors the compliance of LC services with the quality requirements of the Company, as well as other policies, procedures, and legislation. Analyzes the effectiveness of the LCs in accordance with the Companychr(39)s performance indicators as specified in the agreements with the LCs. Conducts analysis of LCs in terms of volume of services and tariffs, makes a proposal on companies for tendering taking into account costs and efficiency. Conducts activities and conducts projects to improve the efficiency of transport logistics. Handles quality claims for transportation services in accordance with the Companychr(39)s regulations and legal requirements. Job requirements: Experience in a transportation supervisor/transport manager or similar or subordinate position in transportation logistics, including international and domestic transportation, from 3 years immediately preceding this position; Experience with budgets and financials in logistics from 1 year immediately preceding this position; Experience with internal business process optimization and/or logistics systems optimization projects; Experience optimizing routes and delivery costs; Experience in hiring/tendering transport.
