Head of the legal support group for international projects

Responsibilities: • providing legal support for the activities of the Company and its subsidiaries in China; • interaction with contractors engaged by the Company and its subsidiaries in the framework of activities carried out in the territory of China; • coordination of the activities of all structural divisions of the Company on issues related to the companychr(39)s activities in the territory of China; • providing advisory and methodological support to all structural divisions on issues related to the companychr(39)s activities in China. Requirements: • higher legal education (international legal or civil law specialization), knowledge of Chinese law; • work experience in China, either in a legal consulting firm or as an in-house lawyer; • knowledge of English (desirable); • readiness for relocation to Irkutsk (Russia); • readiness for long business trips to China.
