Customer service specialist (order processing)

Our customer is Dubaichr(39)s only high-end real estate brokerage company setting extraordinary records in the marketing and selling of quality, design-led residential properties. Fox Hills Real Estate is a growing company, who is looking for a Russian speaker professional with a good English (B2 at least) to work remotely from home. Note: no cold calls. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION REMOTE Main responsibilities: Receiving requests from customers, place orders in the CRM system Following up with customers providing all necessary information via all possible channels: email, messengers, mobile, social networks (Russian speakers customers only) Booking the meetings with interested customers on behalf of Sales Manager Work with a Fox Hills Real Estate team for all related topics (Product and call training provided) Understand business logic and interaction within the company Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Customer service or call center experience (in years 3+) is a must Strong communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc); Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities; Russian speaker with English level B2; Time-management skills; What we offer: Opportunity to work remotely Salary starting from 50000RUB + bonus Product and call training provided No cold calls, only working with received requests from customers
