What to do: Coordination of external service providers; Collaborate within a multicultural team within a global organization and support the team development; Proactively participate in identifying solutions, designing concepts, system improvements or opportunities and driving for their implementation in the frame of project implementation and support; Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing key-users and business process owners during order clarification phases; Prepare Business Blueprints, fit/gap analyses, technical and migration concepts, technical specifications and test scenarios; Design, configure and test SCM systems in particularly SAP POS DTA, SAP for Retail; Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures or business processes; Acts as liaison with key-users and SAP Competence Center for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; Provide key-user and end user trainings; Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance; Third Level support of applications; Coaching other team members and support permanent Knowledge How Transfer; Establish close collaboration with fellow teams, Global SAP Competence Center and external suppliers to ensure stable, secure and reliable services in the area of responsibility. Our expectations: Bachelorchr(39)s Degree in IT, Economics, Business or related field; 2+ years of practical experience (customizing and technical specification) as an SAP Consultant in Business areas SAP Retail, Material Management and Purchasing, preferably in Retail and/or FMCG and/or excellent understanding of Retail and/or consumer goods industry; SAP CAR POS DTA module; In-depth knowledge of POS DTA configuration, monitoring, data replication topics, sales data processing; Experience to work under pressure in global project teams; Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory; Analytical and innovative problem solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work on various and cross-functional subjects, integrative mindset.
