Kept has an extensive Technology Practice that helps customers become more efficient with digital products and solutions Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Ensure project objectives and business expectations are met; Deliver IT projects within defined scope, budget, timeline and quality. Timely escalation of any risks or issues appeared during a project; Manage several projects in parallel, identify interdependencies with other projects and fit them into the IT projects portfolio; Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead project team members; Follow the company’s project management methodology; Prepare project documentation and reports; Identify required resources for a project implementation; Monitor, control and report the project progress; Develop/update a project plan; Create/update and control a project budget; Monitor and control quality assurance, deliverable acceptance and sign off processes; Monitor and coordinate the overall performance of a project team; Assist business units to prepare the business cases for new projects; Develop and expand new and/or existing business opportunities/client relationships; Manage the communication and cooperation with vendors and other external companies; Participate in creating and maintaining IT projects portfolio; Interact with Information Security team, identify and mitigate security risks; Provide consultations on managing projects of IT systems/applications development and implementation; Conform the existing IT policies and procedures. Competencies, Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT projects management; Minimum of 2 years in managing the projects of information systems implementation, integration, upgrade and development; Strong communication skills in both Russian and English; Good understanding of the project management processes; Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills; Ability to work in complex and uncertain environment; Conflicts and resistance management; Ability to work fast under the pressure; Client centric approach; Certification in the project management is a plus; Presentation skills is a plus; Experience of managing a virtual team is a plus. Organizational relationships: Directly report to Head of PMO; Get support and consultations from Head of PMO and IT Director; Report to the Head of PMO and IT Director about projects progress, any major issues or concerns; Communicate effectively with all staff; Work co-operatively and provide support and guidance in the respective area for IT staff.
