Currently we have 12 offices in largest cities of Russia and Belarus employing together over 4,000 people. * RAEX (Expert Rating Agency), Largest Audit Organizations, 2009–2020 Responsibilities: Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex transaction services assignments, mostly, due diligence (focused mainly on banks, insurance, pension funds and leasing companies) Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process; Preparing presentations and pitch materials; Preparing draft contracts, risk management and other project-related documents; Coaching and supervising junior staff; Being involved in business development activity, showing initiative in building relationships with clients. Requirements: Degree from a leading Russian or International University; At least 2-3 years’ experience in audit or transaction services for banks, insurance companies, etc. (Big4 is a plus); Knowledge of Russian accounting standards and IFRS is a must; ACCA/CPA certification is a plus; Good command of English (Intermediate level or upper); Pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving; Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines; Strong interpersonal skills; Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments.
