Analytics Manager

Responsibilities: Ad Hoc analytical support of active WA and CIS Business units Management of regular and ad-hoc reports/presentations preparation and consolidation for Top Management level (incl., COO, CEO, Board) Operational analytics: operational performance analysis, mid-term and long-term production planning administration, industry search and sourcing, other requested analyses Engagement in project management software integration project “Archdesk” Operational projects management: take part in operational projects management at CIS and West African assets, financial modelling and analysis Improvement of short-term production planning system at each asset Requirements: BA/BSc in Management/Strategy/Finance or Technical Sciences, Honors and/or MA/MSc is a plus 3-5 years relevant experience in Operational or Strategic Consulting, Operational Improvement or Strategy/M&A Department of Metals & Mining or Oil & Gas company Advanced in Power Point, Excel and MS Project Understanding of Operations in Metals & Mining or Oil & Gas or Manufacturing/Assembling Financial literacy Different planning instruments proficiency is an advantage Readiness to work in flexible, agile environment Structural thinking, good communication skills We offer: Office based work in HQ Nordgold LLC, Moscow Working schedule 5/2 Competitive package of salary, benefits and annual bonus scheme Working in multicultural environment – Nordgold assets located in CIS, West Africa, North and South America Continuous development within the company Social package: Medical insurance, Hello Benefits program
