Responsibilities accountable for the successful execution of Digital & Technology strategy in area of Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence end to end ownership for D&T Commerce Products and Services support and development (CRM, CDP, MDP, BI); Stimulate and shape business demand for D&T related projects and products. Ensure that business strategies and initiatives are fully supported by D&T organization: solutions, -platforms, talented and knowledgeable experts in the team; To be focused on optimizing business value through digital and technology services, solutions and products and ensure that high value initiatives receives higher priority; To understand and contribute to business strategy (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence ), current and future required capabilities (technology & business). Identify gaps and opportunities for value creation via digital and technology; Support Business Analytics Group on Technology, integrations and Global Data strategy To contribute to the business case and financial models creation: cost, benefits, risks; To oversee the digital and technology budget (investment and operational), ensure its maximum efficiency. Ensure cost-cautious supplier/vendor relationships, contract discussions, licenses management, prices and performance management incl. global cross-charge of the relevant costs; To contribute to deliver required product roadmaps and backlogs on a daily basis directly or via direct subordinates – Product D&T. Do research in digital area which applicable in medicine and pharmaceuticals industry to identify new technologies and innovations, approaches which may increase effectiveness of existing business-processes and tools used with omnichannel as well as patients’ disease awareness and health care professionals awareness. Requirements Higher degree in informational technology, computer science or business discipline relevant to Commercial area (Sales, Marketing); A minimum of 5 years of experience in large or mid-size multinational Retail or FMCG Companies related to digital and technology. Knowledge in one or more business areas in Commerce: SalesForce, CRM, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, but also at least basic knowledge in business foundation areas: ERP (Supply Chain, Production Planning, Finance, EDI); Experience in a variety of data integration technologies – ETL, SQL, flat files, XML, SOAP, API, etc. Knowledge and understanding federal Laws requirements regarding data management and privacy Knowledge and understanding of goals and the inter dependencies of functional departments and groups and the ability to lead large-scale complex IT projects in addressing overall business needs Knowledge of informational technology disciplines; e.g., software applications and interfaces, production operations, quality assurance and systems management, etc. Knowledge of project management process and systems, ITIL/ITSM, Agile Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude Highly self-motivated, directed, and change oriented Ability to handle confrontation with appropriate grace, professionalism, cordiality, and firmness, and manage/resolve disputes appropriately Experience in preparing and developing proactive offers to the business units to bring business value for organization. Experience in advocating initiatives and projects. 3+ years of experience as a IT Manager, IT Service manager, IT Product manager Fluent English
