Uplify operates 5000+ streamers in RU language in different livestream platforms like Twitch, Trovo, YT. Streamers support specialist in RU language is primarily accountable for supporting the community of Russian-speaking streamers about Uplify platform. Key area to cover - Twitch, Streamers, Discord. This is a remote position from anywhere global. Key channels: Discord Intercom Email Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. to help streamers with setting up Uplify as a monetization tool for their streams: setting up OBS, connect Night bot, etc... 2. lead day-to-day communication and troubleshooting in Discord, Email, and Intercom. 3. monitor key metrics of daily active users and the click rate within sponsorship campaigns 4. communicate with community about payouts, product updates, new sponsorship campaigns Qualifications: Know how to set up a stream in Twitch, OBS settings Personal interest in streaming 2+ years experience with Discord, streamers management, esports teams. English & Russian for business communication within the team is preferred (communication with colleagues in English). Please pay attention to it!
