Responsibilities: Lead projects of implementation of new products and technological processes at factory level. Make sure all R&D deliverables are provided in time and in full Provide post-launch product and process support when required Arrange and conduct production trials for new product launches, new raw materials approval and in other relevant cases. Perform analysis of results, ensure further decision making and proper communication Lead and participate in products performance/quality improvement projects for to eliminate real and potential problems Lead and participate in Cost Chase (COGS improvement) activities to decrease real and potential losses for the business Develop and roll out training programs for other teams in R&D and neighboring departments Manage relevant master-data and product-related documentation (specs, recipes, etc.) Ensure proper knowledge management in area of responsibility – make sure all relevant information and data is being recorded, properly stored and kept up to date Requirements Higher chemical/technical education Intermediate and higher English level 3-5 years of experience on a similar position preferably in large international FMCG companies Solid project management skills Proven track record of launching new products and processes, improvement of products’ performance and quality Familiar with Stage-Gate process Experience with Laundry and Home Care products (e.g., detergents) will be a significant advantage Working experience with root-cause analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone diagram, etc.), FMEA and Six Sigma will be an advantage Skilled in stakeholders’ management, conflict management, with high level customer focus, learning agility and standing alone capabilities Salary & Benefits: A unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) Mobile phone compensation Lunches Medical & life insurance after 3 months Hybrid work model Well-being program Sick leave is compensated by the company Extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) Opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
