The main purpose of this role is: Stewarding process efficiency agenda in RBS in close collaboration with RBS E2E leads; Ensure proper change management agenda at all levels of organization; Support improvement initiatives implementation and process reengineering pipeline, incl. materials preparation for Performance committee; Coaching functional team to implement GBS process excellence best practices; Ensure RBS process continues agenda by contribution to key process improvement projects Accountabilities: Orcestrate process improvement ideas governance. Collect, evaluate, prioritize and rationalize ideas and requests on process efficiency; Analyze processes efficiency within RBS based on SLA/OLA and productivity data provided by Knowledge&Service management; Provide demand on processes efficiency (e.g. RPA opportunities, Process & reports automation, processes reengeneering); Ensure proper change management agenda at all levels of RBS; Coloborate with RBS tower leads to identify portfolio of key initiatieves of processes improvment; Leading implementation of key priority transformation projects; Leverage GBS process excellence best practicess; Prepare / consolidate materials for governance forums; Planning and facilitation of approved by governance forums initiatives; Ensure implementation and analyze the results from implemented initiatives (e.g. hours saved, etc.) Requirements: Higher Education in Finance/Management – obligatory; Minimum 3 years business transformation/operational experience of realization relevant projects in different organizations; Deep understanding of shared service center (SSC)models; Deep understanding of Process improvement & optimization standards and principles, methodologies and tools and key dependencies driven by business environment Strong skill of effective communication; Ability to work in changing environment; Experience of work in global matrix organisation; Fluent in English and Russian mandatory; Ability to travel for business needs; Strong analytical skills to identify root issues and convert complex problems into actionable and clear solutions, constructive challenger, with objective / unbiased attitude; Professional knowledge in functional areas: Project management standards and principles, methodologies and tools; Modelling and analysis of business processes; Understanding the SSC concept, approaches to the SSC creation and development; Problem solving skills; Change management skills; Strong team manager to build functional expertise and talent; Позиция открыта в ООО ПепсиКо Холдингс
