Digital Manager

Main responsibilities: Owning digital projects for HCPs (CLM, emailing, remote visits, online and hybrid events, chatbot, others) aligned to the digital strategy of the company Collaborating cross-functional to ensure coordinated, consistent and aligned omnichannel approach, first of all with marketing teams, SFE, IT, BI, analysts Taking part in project groups for HCP projects Analyzing and reporting about all digital activities, assessing against goals (KPIs) Having responsibility for budgetary planning and control Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in innovation, customer Keeping in constant contact with digital agencies, controlling digital assignments fulfillment, optimization Keeping in contact with the company’s global digital team, implementing best global practices, presenting local projects to the global team Taking part in trainings of internal customers, organizing internal digital events Requirements to a candidate: 3+ experience in digital product management organizational skills, strong analytical skills, project management, communication and presentation skills, good knowledge of English Desirable skills and knowledge:experience in pharmaceutical business, knowledge of CRM (any) Salary&Benefits: Engaging work in an international pharmaceutical company Competitive salary depends on experience and will be discussed individually Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Modern comfortable office located in the city center (m.
