компания "multiple choice" looking for international company with relocation to dubai (oil industry) stakeholder is russian speaker. job purpose personal assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of stakeholder, including the control and coordination of expense reports and travel arrangements of stakeholder and his family. key roles & responsibilities assist on daily routine and run errands as requested schedule meetings and manage calendars arrange personal / business trips including flight booking, hotel accommodation, visa, passport, travel itinerary and other business arrangements willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned provide general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive operational and administrative support in accurate and flexible manner. requirements providing full business support to stakeholder planning, coordination and maintaining business schedule making travel arrangements for stakeholder and his family (visas, tickets, hotels) manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence event and meeting planning filing, record keeping, ensure documents are up to date, collating info. qualifications and skills required a minimum of 2-3 years working experience as personal assistant communication skills time management multitasking proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills fluent english and russian
