компания "fe llc huawei tech investment tashkent" duties: assists company chinese representatives with visa policies. ensure all paperwork including applications for visas completed accurately and in a timely manner. tracks visa progress through the “visa monitoring tracker” by keeping it updated, renewal of visas and registration communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needs. works with manager, liaison officer and visa documentation. performs other duties assigned, material liability. professional requirements: candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or above. with 1 to 2 years of related work experience in law or corporate setup. must know the passport-visa regime law, know the organizations where registration visas are received excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, face to face interactions and documentation (via email and drafting & proofreading of documents). willingness and ability to work under pressure and fast-paced cross-cultural environment, ability to resolve critical issues and the ability to work with a large amount of work excellent time management and organizing skills. extremely detail oriented well regimented in handling simultaneous tasks. work conditions: work in the tashkent office. oybek metro station. opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30 working days: 5/7 monday - friday days off: saturday, sunday. probation period: 3 months the working language is english. knowledge of spoken english is required. the interview held in english. knowledge of spoken chinese is preferred. monthly mobile charges medical insurance bonuses
