компания "дебитрум девелопмент" algorithmic brains - it company with a development center in minsk. we have been working since 2018. we create products in the field of fintech, edutech, hrtech, medtech. we work for the american, azerbaijani, canadian markets. our office is located in a comfortable place within a minutechr(39)s reach of chelyuskintsev park with its own recreation area. we are looking for a java backend developer on a fintech project. we have assembled a strong team from which you can always learn from experience and share your own. work experience: 3-4 years. responsibilities: development of bmb core. as well as new features, such as bug fixing/improvements and quick reaction for changing requirements from business. currently we have a lot of business logic + integration with several third party services. requirements: system thinking, willingness to understand the business domain and relationships within it. ability to think out of the nutshell of your task. be curious and proactive. skills and knowledge: java 8 and higher. spring/spring data/hibernate sql/postgres rabbitmq or other messaging aws, docker, basic unix shell knowledge is a plus. experience with rest full backends is crucial. jhipster, gradle would be a plus, however lack of experience would not be an impediment. experience in fintech, ecommerce would become very useful. your knowledge of general cs stuff like networking and protocols, algorithms and data structures will make us remember your interview. english level: intermediate+. ability to participate in daily standups, product discussions, understand documentation, and jokes :) education: bs/ms in computer science/computer engineering/stem. or solid “войти-в айти” courses with experience at commercial projects. working conditions: flexible work schedule. daily standups around 5-6pm by kyiv timezone. expect later meetings up to 8-9 pm as a very rare case, however that’s negotiable. we don’t care when and where you work if your job is done. dollar-pegged wages affiliate discount program for employees corporate english classes with an experienced teacher 20 working days of vacation + 5 paid sick days; the level of payment will be discussed at the interview based on your skills and expectations. we will be glad to see you in our friendly team :)
