компания "protalent lab" the head of financing will be responsible for the fundraising from financial institutions main responsibilities: direct interaction with financial institutions and advisors regarding the structuring, negotiation and closing of the debt financing/m&a investment deals structuring debt financing deals, preparation of term sheets and transaction documentation (loan documentation, sha, corporate governance agreement) support the legal team in discussions regarding the structuring of transactions support senior management in the evaluation of transactions for investment committee review and on special projects support the project development process in all stages of development, financing, construction and operation main requirements: bachelor or masters degree out of a leading local or international university who has majored either in finance/economics or sciences would be an advantage at least 8-10 years of experience in financial institutions/corporate finance with focus on debt/mezzanine financing, project finance, m&a experience in closing debt transactions and deal negotiations fluent english capable to represent company in external communications, including strong written and verbal communication skills
