компания "яндекс" yandex is looking for a legal counsel to take charge of complex legal support for global expansion. apply if you are fluent in english and have 5+ years of pqe in legal support of commercial online services development and worldwide expansion. responsibilities: take charge of complex legal support for the global expansion of company services (primarily online classifieds); establish and maintain a network of outside counsels, organizing and managing cooperation with them (manage pre-launch legal research, draft reviews, negotiate agreements, plan and track budgets); get approval for business models, support service launch and development, draft documents and agreements, negotiate contracts; provide legal support for marketing activities and marketing material analysis; draft legal memos on civil, administrative, criminal, antitrust, and advertising law issues; represent the company in government authorities, courts, and arbitration institutions; consult managers and colleagues; handle claims and complaints as well as litigation proceedings. qualifications: law degree; fluent legal english, both written and verbal; experience with legal support for international commercial online services; familiarity with international legislation and regulation in the online and it business; experience with international counseling; strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask; readiness to work independently and responsibly.
