Financial specialist (Cyprus)

компания "ufg wealth management" ufg wealth management (multi-family office, international group of companies) is looking for a financial specialist. responsibilities:• coordination of payments in ufg wm client’s payment platform:- making sure all supporting documents are correct and up to date- checking if payments are within the budgeted limits and are duly executed- bank cash balances reconciliation- communication with banks and company’s administrators on various questions arising during payment process• participation in clients’ budgeting and reporting:- preparation of consolidated data on performed bank transactions necessary for periodic clients reporting and annual budgets- participation in management reporting for the clients (cash flow statements, p&ls, plan vs fact budget reports)• participation in new bank account opening for ufg wm clients including:- preparation of compliance file for opening bank accounts- preparation of bank forms and other documents required for account opening- organization of documents signing• with respect to existing bank accounts of ufg wm clients:- dealing with specific bank compliance requests- periodic updates of the information previously reported to banks education: degree in financework experience: minimum 3 years’ experience in treasury, financial reporting, audit or related areas. big4 experience is a pluskey soft skills: numeracy skills, accuracy and attention to the details, ability to work within strict deadlines
