компания "бизапс" this position involves working on projects for a leading swiss pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. we are inviting digital workplace service manager to join our team of professionals. the digital workplace service manager is a technical leader responsible for implementing and supporting capabilities for our enterprise level digital workplace. working closely with our service providers you will implement, monitor and operate the companychr(39)s digital workplace technologies act as reference expert for digital workplace: laptops and desktop, mobile devices, client security, audio/video conferencing, windows configuration and patching, office 365 integration) integrate digital workplace technologies in the overall company landscape ensure stability and security of the digital workplace technology through effective endpoint management and timely patching establish computing configuration and operating standards in coordination with global it teams develop a vision and roadmap to drive the digital workplace continuous improvement and modernization in addition, you will: oversee digital workplace technology projects manage vendors and ensure delivery in accordance with contractually agreed service levels and kpi’s support security operations processes as required by the it security organisation actively participate in resolving high-priority outages and troubleshooting efforts ensure the platform meets the group quality and security standards required: completed university degree or 4 years in a relevant domain (e.g. engineering or it) minimum 4 years of relevant working experience (technical and service management) experience with digital workplace technologies (hardware, microsoft windows and office 365. experience as service manager and in leading enterprise it deployment projects. experience building technology roadmaps and aligning with enterprise architecture. hands-on experience with digital workplace tools (sccm and intune primarily), active directoryand desktop virtualization customer focus and delivering excellent customer experience ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment. optional requirements: understanding and experience in microsoft licensing model process design itil certification have worked in a mid-size consulting firm what do we offer? long term and interesting project european client, switzerland (international team of professionals) opportunity to improve english decent salary level completely remote work provision of equipment assistance with relocation (optional) attention! only candidates who can be interviewed in english will be considered.
